PINKKUP 60-Day Return Promise

At PINKKUP, customer satisfaction is our priority. To provide a risk-free shopping experience, we offer a unique 60-Day Return Promise on eligible products.

Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 60 days from the date of delivery, subject to our return verification process and eligibility criteria.

Refund Method

All approved returns under this policy are refunded in the form of a PINKKUP Shopping Voucher. Refunds are not credited back to the original payment method.

The voucher can be used for future purchases on the PINKKUP Platform and will be issued after the returned product is successfully picked up and verified.

Voucher Refund Structure

The voucher value depends on the number of days elapsed since delivery:

Example

For a product purchased at ₹1,000:

• Return within 10 days → ₹800 Shopping Voucher
• Return within 20 days → ₹600 Shopping Voucher
• Return within 30 days → ₹400 Shopping Voucher
• Return between 31–60 days → ₹100 Shopping Voucher

Important Notes

• The 60-Day Return Promise applies only to eligible products as determined by PINKKUP.
• PINKKUP reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of misuse, excessive wear, damage caused by the customer, or violations of our return conditions.
• Voucher refunds are non-transferable and may be subject to validity periods and additional terms communicated at the time of issuance.
• This policy may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn by PINKKUP at its sole discretion without prior notice, subject to applicable laws.
